The Challenge

A coastal residential property faced repeated flooding threats from storm surge and wave action during major storms. The Result

During severe storm events, waves crashed directly against the stairs, generating enough force to rip off travertine tiles. Despite the intensity of the conditions, the flood barriers stayed firmly in place, successfully blocking waves and preventing water from entering the home.

The homeowner deployed the system multiple times during the season, including ahead of Hurricane Helene and again weeks later for Milton. While storm surge levels varied, the barrier consistently performed as intended, keeping waves out and protecting the property.
