Tiffany Largey co-founded Flood Risk America alongside Stephen Gill, bringing an unexpected but valuable perspective to the flood protection industry. With a master's degree in advanced holistic nursing and board certification, Tiffany's background gave her a deep understanding of precision, care, and the importance of protecting what matters most.

What began as helping Steve prepare a presentation for a conference in Canada quickly evolved into a full partnership. Tiffany recognized critical gaps in the flood protection market — existing products were too heavy, often ending up as scrap metal or left undeployed during named storms. Clients also voiced frustrations about the lack of architectural aesthetics. These insights drove the development of the lightweight FRA Flood Panel.

Today, Tiffany manages client portfolios, guides property owners through the permitting process for new construction, and works directly with the drafting, production, manufacturing, and installation crews. She also leads sales efforts, ensuring every client feels confident, trusted, and protected throughout their experience with FRA.

Looking ahead, Tiffany is focused on expanding Flood Risk America's product line with new innovations that will bring the company to the next level of flood protection — while continuing to build on the incredible team she considers the backbone of the company's success.
